摘要
涂装废水是在工程机械产品的表面制造过程中所产生的工业废水,具有浓度高、成分复杂、可生化性差、水质水量变化大等特点,该类废水的处理是工业废水处理研究的热点和难点。为此,介绍了涂装废水的来源和特点,并针对涂装废水常规处理工艺和新型处理工艺进行了论述,通过对比阐述了该类工艺的优缺点及应用前景。针对涂装废水在实际处理过程中存在的诸多问题提出了合理建议,并对未来涂装废水处理工艺的研究方向进行了讨论。指出,由于强电离放电技术在水处理中具有处理效率高、无选择性、不需添加催化剂和吸附剂、无二次污染等特点,因此该技术可作为涂装废水预处理或深度处理工艺,用来弥补常规处理工艺(混凝、厌氧处理等)处理周期长、处理不彻底、有恶臭产生等缺点。通过对涂装废水处理技术的研究可为我国表面制造行业废水处理提供理论基础和参考。
The coating wastewater is a kind of industrial wastewater generated in the process of the surface fabrication of engineering machinery products, which has the characteristics of high'concentration, complex composition, poor biode- gradability, great changes in water quality and quantity, etc. The treatment of this kind of wastewater is the hotspots and difficulty in the research of industrial wastewater treatment. We present a description of the sources and characteristics of coating wastewater, and discuss both the conventional and innovative treatment processing technology of coating wastewater. The advantages, disadvantages, and the application prospect of the technology are discussed by contrast. In view of many problems generated during the actual process, some reasonable suggestions are put forward, and the future research direction of the treatment technology is also discussed. Moreover, it is pointed out that the strong ionization discharge technology can be conducted in the absence of catalyst and adsorbent due to the characteristics such as the high efficiency, no selectivity, no secondary pollution, etcl Therefore, the technology can be used as the pretreatment or deep treatment technology of coating wastewater to make up the shortcomings like long treatment cycle, not completely treatment, foul smell, etc. for the conventional treatment process (coagulation and anaerobic treatment and so on). The study on treatment technology of coating wastewater can provide theoretical basis and reference for the treatment of wastewater from the surface fabrication in our country.
