摘要
在全民阅读时代下,地方院校医学图书馆的责任是什么,如何开展社区服务,如何有效推进社区人员阅读,便成为亟待研究的课题。以川北医学院图书馆为例,分析图书馆社区服务现状,总结经验,找出问题,提出改进措施,创新服务。在充分了解社区目前对医疗、健康信息需求现状的前提下,充分利用图书馆现有丰富的馆藏资源,向社区人员提供纸质资源和电子资源服务、开展健康咨询、学科服务、文献检索和定题服务,使社区人员随着健康信息素养的提高,重视生活保健,重视疾病预防,从而提高生活质量。
In the all-citizen reading age, what is the liability of the local institution ’s library, how to provide community service to its members and promote their reading efficiency have become the critical issues to be solved. This study, taking North Sichuan Medical College’s Library as an example, has analyzed the status quo of the school’s library community ser-vice, summarized the experience, revealed the problems and proposed improved measures and innovative services. Based on the thorough understanding of the community ’s current demand for medical care, and health information, the library brings its existing library collection into full play to provide paper-based resource service in addition to the electronic service, and carries out health care consultation, discipline service, information retrieval and research project selection services, enhanc-ing the community’s members’ value for health care and disease prevention, together with the improvement of their health care information literacy.
