摘要
对K24合金铸件缺陷的真空钎焊修复工艺进行了研究。选择了适合K24合金铸件缺陷钎焊修复的高温钎料B-24,并对B-24钎料进行了工艺性能试验和钎焊接头的力学性能试验;确定了K24合金铸造件缺陷处(特别是裂纹)氧化膜的清理方法、真空钎焊修复工艺及铸件钎焊修复后变形的校形方法。试验结果表明:B-24钎料对K24合金具有良好的润湿性和填缝性能,钎焊接头在高温下具有较高的拉伸强度,采用机械打磨法和切割法可有效去除铸造件缺陷部位的氧化物,研究确定的K24合金铸件缺陷的真空钎焊修复工艺切实可行,并修复后的铸件符合零件使用的技术要求。
The vacuum brazing repairing process of K24 alloy casting defects was studied by using high-temperature brazing alloy В- 24 which is suitable for repairing K24 alloy casting defect. The wettability and filling performance of brazing alloy В- 24 and the mechanical properties of brazed joint were tested. The method to clean K24 alloy castings defect( especially the crack) oxidation film,vacuum brazing repairing process and the shape correction method due to the brazing deformation after vacuum brazing repairing were determined. The research results shows that the brazing alloy В- 24 has excellent wettability and filling performance on K24 alloy,and the brazed joint has high tensile strength at high temperature. The mechanical polishing method and cutting method can effectively remove K24 alloy casting defect oxide film. The vacuum brazing repairing process can be used to repair the K24 alloy casting defects,and the casting after vacuuming brazing repairing can meet the technical requirements.
