卷烟烟丝及辅材中重金属元素的分析及分布特征 被引量:6

摘要 文章采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,ICP/MS)法测定卷烟烟丝及接装纸、卷烟纸、滤棒丝束等卷烟辅材中铬、锰、钴、镍、铜、锌、砷、硒、锶、镉、锡、锑、钡、汞、铅15种重金属元素。采用硝酸/双氧水酸体系微波消解卷烟烟丝、接装纸、卷烟纸及滤棒丝束样品,定容后进行ICP/MS分析。各元素的加标回收率为84.8%-118.6%,检出限为10.9-246.3ng/L。样品的检测结果表明:卷烟的烟丝及辅材中均检出了多种重金属元素,其中接装纸和卷烟纸中各检出11种重金属,其次是烟丝中检出9种,滤棒丝束中检出4种;同一卷烟样品的烟丝及各辅材中,滤棒丝束中检出重金属的种类最少,质量比也最低;卷烟烟丝及辅材中一部分重金属的含量随着卷烟档次的升高呈现一定的增加或减少的趋势;国外卷烟与国产卷烟同类辅材中检出的重金属种类类似。 An inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP/MS) method for determining Cr, Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Se, Sr, Cd, Sn, Sb, Ba, Hg and Pb in cut tobaccos and cigarette auxiliary materials such as tipping paper, cigarette paper and fiber tow was established by HNO3/H202 with microwave digestion. The recoveries of the 15 elements were from 84. 8% to 118. 6%, and the limits of detection were 10.9-246.3 ng/L. The contents of 15 heavy metals in cut tobacco and cigarette auxiliary materials were determined by this method and the results showed that a variety of heavy metal elements existed in cut tobaccos, tipping paper, cigarette paper and fiber tow, with the highest kinds of 11 in tipping paper and cigarette paper, followed by cut tobacco of 9 kinds,and the lowest kinds of 4 in fiber tow; the lowest content of heavy metals exhibited in fiber tow; the content of certain heavy metals showed the tendency of increase or decrease with the up-grading of cigarette quality; similar kinds of heavy metals existed in the domestic cigarette and foreign cigarette samples.
