摘要
目的:探讨臭氧联合阴道塞药治疗妇科手术前阴道炎的护理方法及效果。方法:选取本院2013年10月-2015年3月收治的阴道炎患者164例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组82例。对照组给予阴道塞药治疗,同时给予常规护理;观察组采用臭氧联合阴道塞药治疗,并给予相应护理干预,对比两组临床治疗效果。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率97.56%明显高于对照组的86.59%,差异有统计学意义(字2=6.7672,P=0.0093)。观察组患者治疗后生活质量评分较对照组明显升高,且疗程时间较对照组明显缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用臭氧联合阴道塞药治疗妇科手术前阴道炎的同时,给予相应临床护理干预,可取得更为显著的疗效。
Objective：To investigate the care methods and effects of ozone combined with vaginal suppository in the treatment of vaginitis before gynecological surgery.Method：164 patients with vaginitis admitted to our hospital from October 2013 to March 2015 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,82 cases in each group.The control group received vaginal suppository for treatment,and was given routine care at the same time,the observation group was treated with ozone combined with vaginal suppository,and given corresponding nursing interventions.The clinical effects between the two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.56%,which was significantly higher than 86.59% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ x2=6.7672,P=0.0093）.The quality of life score in the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than the control group,the treatment time of the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Using ozone combined with vaginal suppository in the treatment of vaginitis before gynecological surgery at the same time,giving the corresponding clinical nursing intervention,can obtain a more significant effect.
