摘要
电动拖拉绞车恒张力控制具有保护绞车和钢丝绳,防止过载等优点。以国内某浮式起重船船尾处的4台电动拖拉绞车为研究对象,测试恒张力控制效果。考虑到绞车空间布局、钢丝绳的路径和外界制约因素,试验采用自有绞车两两配合的方式。整个试验分解为设计准备阶段、预加恒张力阶段、恒张力实施阶段、恒张力释放阶段等四个过程,结合现场数据,详细解析每个试验步骤的操作方式和风险点,给出了改进措施,最终试验顺利完成,验证了试验方案的可行性,可为今后类似项目提供借鉴。
The constant tension control of an electrical load tugger has the advantages of protecting tugger and steel wire rope and preventing overload. Taking 4 electrical load tuggers in the stern of a domestic floating crane as the test objects, the effect of the constant tension control test is studied. In consideration of the tuggers layout, steel wire rope route and outside restrict factors, the test way of two tuggers working in pairs is adopted. The whole test procedure is devided into 4 stages, i.e. design and test preparation, adding pre-constant tension, adding constant tension and releasing constant tension. Based on the site test data, the operation way and risk point in each test step are detailed analyzed and the improvement measures are put forward. The successful test demonstrates the feasibility of the test scheme and provides reference for future similar test projects.
