作为与东盟毗邻的广西,在利用国际组织开展公共外交中形成的“广西模式”是一种创新,值得思考.边疆省区利用国际组织从事公共外交,要有“心”有“容”有“制”：一是要树立公共外交意识,二是要挖掘自身资源,以国际组织为“跳板”,塑造良好的国际形象;三是要建立统筹协调机制.
The Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region has developed a 'Guangxi model' in using international organizations for public diplomacy with the Association of Southeast Asian Nations. Border regions should raise their consciousness of public diplomacy, explore their own resources and use international organizations as a springboard to build a positive national image of China, and establish efficient coordinating mechanisms.
