摘要
专业建设是自学考试的核心工作,其调整能力即适应能力是影响和制约自学考试制度转型升级的关键。从与社会经济发展的客观需求相适应、与教育服务对象的自我发展需要相适应、与教育改革发展政策的内在要求相适应等三个方面,全面探讨自学考试专业建设适应性的功能目标,建立自学考试人才培养与人才需求相适应的有效机制,是当前自学考试主动适应和把握社会经济发展新常态、推进自学考试综合改革和转型升级的决策依据。
Specialty construction is the core of self- study exam,and its adaptivity is the key to influence and restrict the transformation of self- study system. This paper studies the adaptivity functions from three aspects: adaptive to the social economic development,adaptive to the needs of learners' self- development,and adaptive to the intrinsic policies of education reformation,emphasizes the effective mechanisms for talents cultivation and demands,which is the decision- making basis for combining the self- study development with the social economic development and promoting the comprehensive reformation of the self- study system.
