摘要
大用户直购电,已成为当前电力体制改革中打破统购统销模式的"破冰石"。直购电范围、数量、规模发展迅速,对电网运行产生了巨大影响,尤其是在月度发电计划编制阶段,必须细致考虑直购电对电网运行经济性的影响。为此,文章首先从理论上分析了直购电对电网运行经济性影响的模式,在此基础上,提出了一种考虑直购电影响的月度发电计划经济性评估方法,最后,基于算例验证了本方法的可行性。
It becomes a new trend that the scale of direct power purchase is becoming larger and larger because of the reformation of electric power system.Direct power purchase＇ influence on power grid can＇t be ingored especially on the monthly power generation planning.This paper anslyzes the change in power grid dispatching operation.Then an economic evaluation method of monthly power generation plan considering direct power purchase＇ influence is proposed,and its practicality is verificated by a case study on IEEE-30-buses model.
