摘要
目的:探究多层螺旋CT在诊断脊椎爆裂性骨折中的应用与价值。方法:抽选笔者所在医院60例经手术结果证实的脊椎爆裂性骨折患者作为观察对象,先后给予其X线片与多层螺旋CT检查,观察两组检查效果。结果:90个椎体骨折,X线片检出率为100%,符合率为70.00%,而多层螺旋CT检出率为94.44%,符合率为100%,两者诊断符合率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且在影像学相关细节上,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在脊椎爆裂性骨折诊断中,X线片与多层螺旋CT诊断各有优势,可联合应用,值得今后在临床上广泛应用。
Objective：To explore the application and value of multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosis of vertebral burst fracture.Method：In our hospital 60 cases by operation results confirmed spinal burst of fracture patients were selected as research object,they were given the X-ray and multi-slice spiral CT,check effect were observed in the two groups.Result：90 vertebral fractures, detection rate of X-ray was 100%,the coincidence rate was 70.00%,and the detection rate of multi-slice spiral CT was 94.44%,the coincidence rate was 100%,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）,and there was significant difference between the two groups in related details of iconography（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In the diagnosis of vertebral burst fracture,X-ray and multi-slice spiral CT have the advantages of diagnosis,-and can be combined with application, it is worthy of wide application in clinic.
