摘要
本文采用文献资料法,逻辑分析法,以高校公共体育选修课中健美操教学的组织形式为切入口展开分析,研究认为:由于选修课选修的制度性以及地位性决定了健美操教学组织的松散性,削弱了健美操的教育教学效果。因此,高校需要从学生的爱美之心和时尚追求出发,来培养他们坚定的兴趣以实现科学组织教学与学生体质提升的双赢目标。
With methods of literature and logical analysis,the paper conducts analysis by taking the organization of public sports aerobics elective course in colleges as its starting point. The study suggests that the system and status of elective course determines the loose organization of aerobics teaching and organization,weakening the teaching and education effect of aerobics. Therefore,colleges should cultivate students＇ strong interest by starting from their love and need for beauty and fashion to achieve the win-win result of realizing scientific organization and teaching and improving students＇ physical fitness.
