摘要
以麦芽糊精为原料,吡啶为溶剂,氢氧化钠为催化剂,1,3-丙烷磺内酯为磺化剂,合成磺化麦芽糊精减水剂。并重点研究了麦芽糊精的DE值、麦芽糊精与磺化剂的配比、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等对磺化反应的影响。结果表明,合成的最优条件为:麦芽糊精DE值为15,m(磺化剂):m(麦芽糊精)=1.4,催化剂用量为麦芽糊精质量的1%,反应温度25℃,反应时间12 h。当合成减水剂的折固掺量为0.5%时,减水率可达25.5%,并且3 d和28 d的混凝土抗压强度指标均符合GB/T 8076—2008《混凝土外加剂》标准要求。
In this paper, taking maltodextrin as raw material,sulfonated maltodextrin was synthesized with 1,3-propanesultone in the pyridine as water-reducing agent. The influence of the dextrose equivalent(DE) values of mahodextrin, ratio of maltodextrin and sulfonating agent,amount of catalyst,reaction temperature,reaction time and other factors on the sulfonation reaction were investigated. The results show that optimal conditions of sulfonate was maltodextrin with DE's-15,m(sulfonate agent):m(MD)= 1.4,the catalyst amount was 1% by mass maltodextrin,reltction temperature was 25 ~C,reaetion time was 12h. Performance of the water-reducing agent was tested. When the proportion is 0,5%,the water-reducing ratio reach 25.5%,and 3 d,28 d compressive strengths for concrete tested meets the requirements of national standard GB/T 8076--2008 "Concrete Additives".
