摘要
基于可达性指标研究我国外贸货物通过港口运输的便利性和连通性。首先,研究外贸海运可达性的内涵并找出其影响因素;其次,以地级城市为空间单元,分析货主(托运人)运输外贸货物的路径选择行为,并给出外贸海运可达性的计量方法;最后,将357个地级及以上城市作为出发点,选取与它们有贸易往来的日韩、东南亚、中东、北美、拉丁美洲、大洋洲、欧洲和非洲等海外地区作为外贸货物的目的地,评价各城市到海外地区的外贸海运可达性。本研究有利于决策者充分认识我国外贸海运可达性的空间格局,为外向型产业和海运系统的发展奠定基础。
The convenience and connectivity of foreign trade transportation via seaports in China are studied from an accessibility perspective. First, the concept of Foreign Trade Shipping Accessibility(FTSA) is defined, and the corresponding impacting factors are determined. Second, using the city as the spatial unit, the path choice of shippers that trade products with foreign countries is analysed, and a method to measure the FTSA is provided. Last, with 357 cities in China as the origins and eight overseas regions(Japan and South Korea, Southeast Asia, Middle East, North America,Latin America, Oceania, Europe, and Africa) as the destinations for export goods, the FTSAs from each origin to eight overseas regions are evaluated. The study may be helpful to soundly acquaint decision- makers with China's Mainland's spatial pattern in terms of FTSA and to offer information by which China can expand its export- oriented industry and optimize its ocean shipping system.
