摘要
目的:观察益血生胶囊治疗恶性血液病化疗后骨髓抑制的疗效。方法:将72个纳入研究的病例进行随机分组,对照组37例,观察组35例,对照组根据基础病选择统一的化疗方案治疗;观察组加用益血生胶囊,观察治疗后证候疗效、白细胞(WBC)、血小板(PLT)、血红蛋白(HGB)的改善情况及患者出血及感染的情况;观察患者免疫功能的改善情况,对NK细胞、CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、CD8数值水平的变化情况进行分析。结果:观察组及对照组的症状均改善,但观察组疗效更佳;患者WBC、PLT、HGB及NK细胞、CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、CD8的数值水平均高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组出血及感染的发生率较低,P<0.05。结论:益血生胶囊能对抗恶性血液病化疗后的骨髓抑制反应,提高机体免疫力,疗效确切,值得推广。
Objective： To observe the curative effect of Yixuesheng Capsule on the treatmemt of bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy in hematologic malignancies.Methods： 72 cases were randomized into control group 37 cases and observation group 35 cases. The control group according to the basic diseases chose unified chemotherapy regimen. The observation group added Yixuesheng Capsule. We observed the curative effect of syndrome after treatment,the improvement of white blood cell（ WBC）,platelet（ PLT）,hemoglobin（ Hb） and patients＇ bleeding and infection. We observe the improvement of immune function in patients and analyzed the levels of NK cells,CD3,CD4,CD4 / CD8 and CD8 value changes. Results： Observation group and control group＇s symptoms were improved but the curative effect of observation group was better. Patients＇ WBC,PLT,HGB and NK cells,CD3,CD4,CD4 / CD8 and CD8 value levels are higher than those of the control group,P〈0.05. Observation group had lower incidence of bleeding and infection,P〈0.05. Conclusion：Yixuesheng Capsule can fight bone marrow inhibition reaction after chemotherapy in hematologic malignancies and improve patients＇ immune function,worthy of promoting.
