摘要
针对传统人工仪表巡检的不便,设计了一种基于嵌入式Linux系统的便携式仪表巡检闪测系统。系统以三星ARM920芯片S32440A为核心处理器,通过CMOS图像传感器采集仪表图像信息,以RI-R6C-001A射频读写器芯片为核心设计电路将仪表信息发送给处理器,处理器将获取的图像和仪表信息上传上位机,上位机采用MATLAB图像处理软件分别对数显式和指针式仪表的图像进行图像处理和智能识别。结果表明,所述的便携式仪表巡检系统可以准确读取多个仪表的显示数据。
In view of the inconvenience of traditional artificial instrument during checking, this paper designs a portable instrument inspection system based on embedded Linux system. This system employs Samsung S32440 A ARM920 chip as core processor and acquires instrument image information by CMOS camera. The self-designed core circuit(based on RI-R6C-001-arf read-write device chip) sends the instrument image information to processor, which uploads the acquired images and instrument information to PC. The images of digital display and pointer instrument are processed and intelligent identified by MATLAB image processing software. Results show that the portable instrument inspection system can be accurately read a number of instrument display data.
