摘要
为了探究不同播种方式对党参出苗的影响,从不同播量(2 000,3 000,4 000,5 000,6 000粒/m^2)、覆土厚度(0,4,8,12,16 mm)、覆盖物(谷草、遮阳网、玉米秆、松枝)等方面对党参出苗情况进行调查,计算出苗率并对出苗期、出苗整齐度、苗高整齐度进行评价。结果表明,党参适宜播量为4 000~5 000粒/m^2,折合公顷播量为30~45 kg,比农户播量节约种子60.0%~86.7%;覆土厚度为8~12 mm时,党参出苗率较高;覆盖物以谷草为佳,出苗率高,成本低。
To explore the effects of different seeding methods on germination of Codonopsis pilosula(Franch. Nannf), the paper investigated the emergence situation of Codonopsis pilosula(Franch. Nannf)from different seeding content(2 000,3 000,4 000,5 000,6 000 grain/m^2), thickness of covering soil(0, 4, 8, 12, 16 mm), coverage(millet straw, shade net, corn stalk and pine), and calculated the germination rate and evaluated the emergence period, the uniformity of emergence, and the height of the seedlings. The results showed that the appropriate seeding content of Codonopsis pilosula(Franch. Nannf)was 4 000-5 000 grain/m^2, saved seed 60.0%-86.7% than farmer sowing quantity. When the thickness of covering soil was 8-12 mm, the germination rate of Codonopsis pilosula(Franch. Nannf)was higher; the covering to millet straw was preferred, which was high germination rate, low cost.
