摘要
目的探讨风险评估护理在初产妇分娩中的应用效果。方法将150例初产妇分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用风险评估护理,比较2组产妇的产程、分娩结局以及护理满意度。结果观察组第一产程时间、第二产程时间均短于对照组,剖宫产率、产后出血率、胎儿窘迫率低于对照组,新生儿窒息评分、护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险评估护理能够有效指导产妇分娩,缩短产程,降低剖宫产率,改善母婴结局,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of risk assessment nursing in birth process of primiparae. Methods A total of 150 primiparae were were divided into observation group and control group according to the odd and even number of admission time,the control group was given the routine nursing,the observation group was given risk assessment nursing. Maternal labor process,delivery outcome and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The time of the first stage of labor,the second stage of labor time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the rate of cesarean section,the rate of postpartum hemorrhage and fetal distress rate were lower than that in the control group,neonatal asphyxia and nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,there were statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Risk assessment nursing can effectively guide the delivery,shorten the stages of labor,reduce cesarean section rate,and improve maternal,child outcome and nursing satisfaction.
