摘要
随着全球市场竞争的不断加剧,质量成为影响企业生存和发展的核心要素之一,提高产品和服务质量成了世界各国政府和企业界普遍关注的焦点。目前,国内外关于质量管理研究的主题比较广泛,质量管理的研究对象也从最初的产品质量到服务质量、项目质量,再到现今一体化的体系质量,本文将在原有质量管理研究的基础上,对新兴的数字化质量管理进行分析和研究,并进一步推动我国质量管理的进程和发展。
With the increasing competition in global market,quality becomes one of the core elements that affect enterprise survival and development,so to improve the quality of products and services has become the focus of the attention of businesses and governments around the world.At present,the research on quality management has extensive themes,and the research object of quality management has extended from the initial product quality to service quality and project quality,and then to today＇s integrated quality system.Based on the original quality management research,this article analyzes the emerging digital quality management,and further promotes the process of quality management and development in China.
