摘要 空气压缩机用途十分广泛,具有重要的战略地位和作用。空气压缩机的传统控制方法并不理想,以模糊自适应PID为基础,对空气压缩机的工况进行智能控制,实现了减小超调量、缩短动态过程、减少扰动性。仿真结果证明该控制方法的有效性。 Air compressor is one of the most important general machinery in various sectors of national economy,the application is very broad,almost throughout the petroleum,chemical,metallurgical,power,defense,refrigeration,pharmaceutical,food,machinery,and other major industrial areas,has important strategic position and role.Traditional control method is not ideal,in this paper,based on fuzzy adaptive PID intelligent control on the operation condition of the air compressor,the dynamic reduce the overshoot,shorten the process,reduce the disturbance.Finally,the simulation results prove the effectiveness of the proposed control method.
