摘要
目的探讨社区老年高血压患者自我管理能力与家庭功能的相关性。方法选取2014年1月—2015年1月深圳市宝安区沙井人民医院步涌社康中心老年高血压患者250例,调查自我管理能力与家庭功能。结果自我管理能力低、中、高水平比例分别占0.40%、88.00%和11.60%,家庭功能障碍比例占62.80%,家庭功能良好比例占37.20%。Pearson相关性分析显示,家庭亲密度、家庭情感度、家庭成长度、家庭合作度和家庭适应度均与自我管理能力的4个维度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论社区老年高血压患者自我管理能力与家庭功能具有紧密的关系,通过改善家庭功能,从而改善自我管理能力。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship study between self management ability and family function for community elderly patients with hypertension. METHODS 250 cases of community elderly patients with hypertension were selected from Buyong Community Health Center in ShaJin People＇s Hospital of Baoan during January 2014 to January 2015, the self management ability and family function were investigated. RESULTS The rate of low, middle, high self management ability were respectively of 0.4%, 88%, 11.60%, the proportion of family dysfunction accounted for 62.80%, the proportion of good family function accounted for 37.20%. Pearson correlation analysis showed that family intimacy, family emotion, family growth, family cooperation and family adaptability were positively correlated with the four dimensions of self-management ability（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Self-management ability had close relationship with family function for community elderly patients with hypertension, it could improve the self-management ability by improving of family function.
