摘要
香茅为禾本科香茅属多年生草本植物,作为一种药食两用资源,越来越受到相关领域的重视。研究表明,香茅挥发油具有抑菌、抗氧化、止痛、免疫调节及抗肿瘤等作用。本文综述了近年来香茅挥发油的提取方法、化学成分及药理活性等研究现状,为香茅的进一步开发利用提供依据。
Cymbopogon citratus(DC.) Stapf is a perennial herb of Cymbopogon Spreng, which can be used as an important source both for food and medicine. It has got increasing attention from the related fields. Studies showed that volatile oils of Cymbopogon citrates(DC.) has bacteriostasis, antioxidant, acesodyne, immune regulation, anti-tumor effect and so on. The article reviewed the recent research progress in the volatile oils of Cymbopogon citratus(DC.) Stapf, including extraction methods, chemical components and pharmacological activities, with a purpose to provide some clues for further research on Cymbopogon citratus(DC.) Stapf.
