摘要
在我国第一颗Ka宽带卫星——中星16号卫星即将发射并投入运营之际,笔者调研了多家国外成熟Ka卫星运营商的商业运营模式和业务开展模式,结合我国卫星、地面通信市场的发展特点,本文给出了适合我国Ka宽带卫星市场的业务开展方向建议,希望对发展我国Ka卫星通信业务起到一定的借鉴作用。
The first Ka broadband satellite in China, Chinasat 16 will be launched and put into operation in 2017. It is the right time to investigate the business operation models and service plans employed by overseas mature Ka operators. Enlightened by their experiences and combining with the unique features of China satellite and terrestrial communications markets, we provided some suggestions on service areas of Ka broadband satellite and hope to give some help in developing future Ka satellite communication market in China.
