Application of Py/GC-MS in the Analysis of the Composition of Polyester Materials

摘要 运用热裂解气相色谱质谱联用技术(Py/GC-MS)分别与红外光谱(FTIR)和差示扫描量热分析仪(DSC)对不饱和聚酯树脂和苯乙烯-乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)改性的热塑性聚酯弹性体(TPEE)的有机成分进行综合定性分析。首先使用Py/GC-MS得到两种材料裂解产物的结构,然后利用FTIR测试了不饱和聚酯树脂的红外光谱,并对其红外光谱峰进行了详细描述;利用DSC测试改性TPEE的熔点和玻璃化转变温度。实验结果表明,Py/GC-MS与FTIR或DSC相互验证,才能获得更准确、可靠的聚合物复合材料定性结果。 Qualitative analysis of unsaturated polyester resin and thermoplastic copolyester elastomers(TPEE) modified with hydrogenated styrene-butadiene-styrene triblock copolymer(SEBS) were made by combining pyrolysis gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(Py/GC-MS) with fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) or differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). Firstly, the structure of two kinds of materials were obtained by using Py/GC-MS, and then the infrared spectrum of unsaturated polyester resin was tested by FTIR, and the infrared spectrum peak was described in detail. The melting point and glass transition temperature of modified TPEE was tested by DSC. The experimental results show that Py/GC-MS and FTIR or DSC are compared to each other in order to obtain a more accurate and reliable results of the polymer composite material.
