正畸-正颌联合治疗骨性Ⅲ类错牙合畸形的疗效及稳定性分析被引量：5

摘要目的探讨正畸-正颌联合治疗骨性Ⅲ类错牙合畸形的临床疗效及其稳定性。方法选取我院33例骨性Ⅲ类错牙合畸形患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,所有患者均采用正畸-正颌联合治疗,观察患者治疗效果,并分别于治疗前后采用影像学检查,对比患者各项软组织指标变化情况。结果治疗后,患者鼻唇角、上下唇倾角、H角、Z角UL、Z角LL、上下唇基角、面型角以及全面凸角和软组织面角等多项指标均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。同时,经治疗后随访调查发现,患者复发率为6.1%。结论骨性Ⅲ类错牙合畸形采用正畸-正颌联合治疗,治疗效果良好,具有临床推广价值。
