摘要 采用西安热工研究院的1 MW半工业性试验炉,对布尔台煤进行燃烧试验研究,分析其燃烧特性。试验结果表明:由于布尔台煤的挥发份较高,着火稳定性较好。运行氧量在2.5%时,布尔台煤燃尽率相对较低;随着氧量的增加,炉膛出口温度增加,对屏区结渣不利,运行氧量控制在3.5%左右合适。煤粉细度R90在9-36%范围内对布尔台煤燃尽率影响较小,煤粉细度R90增加时,NO_x排放增大,炉膛出口温度较高,对机组燃烧不利,建议煤粉细度R_(90)控制在18%。 Using the 1 MW semi industrial test boiler of TPRI, the combustion characteristics of buertai coal were analyzed. The results of the test show that : the ignition stability is better due to the high volatile of the coal. When Operation oxygen is at 2.5% ,the Buertai coal bum -out rate is rela- tively low ; With the increase of oxygen consumption, the boiler outlet temperature increases, which is unfavorable for the slag of the screen. Then the oxygen content is controlled at about 3.5 %, which is favourable. When the fineness of pulverized coal Rgo is in the range of 9 - 36% , Buertai coal burn - out rate is less affected. When the fineness of pulverized coal Rgo increases, the emission of NOx increases and the bioler outlet temperature is higher, which is unfavorable for the unit burning. It is suggested that the pulverized coal fineness R_90 should be controlled at 18%.
