限制性末端片段长度多态性分析技术及其在肠道微生物研究中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 限制性末端片段长度多态性分析技术(Terminal Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism,T-RFLP)具有高通量,低成本,低劳动力等特点,是微生物生态学家在探索群落结构,功能及其动态变化中的一项实用方便的工具。自2012年至今,T-RFLP在肠道微生物领域研究方向不断拓宽,随后T-RFLP技术被更多的应用于人体相关疾病与肠道微生物关系的研究中。尽管T-RFLP技术仍存在不足,但随着16Sr RNA基因序列数据库和引物的改进,数据生成和分析统计工具的运用,T-RFLP最终将能在各个领域体现其价值,为人类疾病研究事业带来贡献。
