摘要
以CrFe粉、FeAl粉和纯Ti粉为原料,用火焰喷涂和激光原位复合工艺在CLAM钢基材表面制备了Al_2O_3-TiO_2复合陶瓷涂层。涂层经过能量为200ke V剂量为5×1016ions/cm2的氦离子辐照后,在液态铅铋合金中进行了时长为500h的静态腐蚀实验。采用扫描电镜、能谱仪及X射线衍射仪对经相同条件LBE腐蚀后的涂层与基材进行微观表征与分析。结果表明:复合工艺制备的Al_2O_3-TiO_2复合陶瓷涂层组织致密,主要由Al_2O_3-TiO_2等陶瓷相组成,辐照后其耐LBE腐蚀性能良好,可以有效地保护基材免受LBE的侵蚀。
Abstract: Al2O3-TiO2 composite ceramic coatings were prepared on the China Low Activation Martensitic (CLAM) steel by oxyacetylene flame spraying - laser in-suit reaction compound technology with CrFe, FeAI and pure Ti powders. After an irradiation with 200keV and 5×10^16 ions/cm2 ions, the prepared Al2O3-TiO2 composite ceramic coatings were immersed in the stagnant liquid LBE at 550℃ for 500h. Also, the irradiatedAl2O3-TiO2 composite coatings and the substrate CLAM steel were characterized and analysed by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) and X-Ray diffraction (XRD),. The results show that the major phases of the prepared Al2O3-TiO2 composite ceramic coatings are mainly AL2o3 and TiO2. In addition, the coatings after irradiation exhibited good corrosion resistance and can protect the substrate CLAM steel effectively in liquid LBE.
