摘要
油菜分段收获是油菜生产过程中的重要组成部分,在总结国内油菜分段收获机械现状的基础上,对国内有关机型的结构特点和工作原理进行了分析,系统地总结了这些机型的研究现状、特点和存在的不足。提出了发展油菜分段收获技术的4条建议措施:加强适合机械化收获的油菜品种选育;加强油菜割嗮机关键技术与装备的研究;加强油菜捡拾脱粒机关键技术与装备的研究;加强油菜分段收获与联合收获协同创新研究。
Segment harvesting is an important part of the production process of rape＇s harvest. Structure characteristic and working principle of domestic rape segment harvester models were analyzed on the basis of summary the status of rape segment harvest- er in China. Research status, characteristic and deficiency of these models were summarized systematically. 4 recommended measures of rape segment harvesting technology were put forward, they were strengthening the breeding of rape varieties suitable for mechanized harvesting, strengthening the research of key technology and equipment of sai rape cutting machine, strengthe- ning the research of key technology and equipment of rapeseed picking thresher and strengthening the research on collaborative in- novation of segmented harvest and combined harvest for rape.
