摘要
采用行星式球磨机对多元镍基合金(Ni-Cr-Fe-Si-Mn-Cu-Mo)粉末进行混料预处理,利用真空电阻炉烧结。通过改变球磨时间,运用金相显微镜、硬度、强度、SEM等测试方法,研究多元镍基合金复合粉末烧结后组织和性能的影响。实验结果表明:随着球磨时间的延长,复合合金粉末明显得到细化,第二相分布更加弥散,烧结后的合金晶粒细小,组织均匀,硬度和强度逐渐增大。
Nickel-base supera[loy(Ni-Cr-Fe'Si-Mn-Cu-Mo)powder mixtures were pretreated by high-energy hall milling in a planetary ball miill and subsequently sintered hy vacuum resistance furnace. The influence of changing different milling time on the structure and performance of nickel-base superalloy powder after sintering was by optical microscope, hardness, intensity and SEM test. The results show that, with increasing the milling time, the composite alloy powder are obviously fined and the uniform distribution of second phase becomes more uniform, the crystal grain to be tinier after sintering, the material organization becomes more uniform, the strength and hardness of the sintered samples increase.
