摘要
基于2001~2013年环境和经济统计数据,采用数理统计方法,分析总结了环渤海地区经济发展的特点,渤海生态环境质量的变化趋势特点及其影响因素.结果表明：2001~2013年渤海环境污染仍未得到有效控制,近岸海域污染形势依然较为严峻;赤潮的发生频率、发生面积和发生时间呈现出三维扩大的趋势,河口和海湾典型生态系统健康状况除个别监控区略有好转之外,整体上未出现明显改善的迹象.综合各种因素,陆源大量排污,大规模围填海活动、河口来水量偏低、过度养殖和捕捞等因素是影响渤海环境质量,生态系统健康的主要原因.
The Circum-Bohai Economic Zone is the most activity and the fastest developing speed region in the north of China and the Bohai is the important support system for its economic development. Based on the statisti- cal data of environment and economy, with the help of mathematical statistical method, characteristics of economic development ,variation tendency of ecoenvironmental quality and major influence factors were analyzed and summarized in the Cireum-Bohai Economic Zone. The results showed that environmental pollution didn＇ t controlled effectively and the pollution status of immediate offshore area was still severe from 2001 to 2013. The frequency ,area and period of red tide demonstrated three dimensionally extensive tendencies. The typical eco- system health condition didn＇ t obviously improve apart from individual tide-monitoring areas in estuarine and gulf. A combination of factors had effect on environmental quality and eco-system health, but the major were great amounts of land sources pollution,large sea reclamation,low estuarine inflow,over-cultivation and over-fishing.
