摘要
当前,经济下行压力依然较大,如何寻找新的经济增长点、促进区域间共赢合作已成为长吉图地区的共同性问题。随着跨境电子商务的快速发展,使其已经日益成为企业开拓国际市场的重要方式。延边地处中俄朝三国边境被誉为"东北亚金三角"、"长吉图窗口",区位优势明显,本文通过大量实地调研论证,创新性地提出在延边州构建长吉图跨境电子商务中心的大胆设想,明确中心构架及构建方法,分析构建过程中可能面临的问题并提出针对性建议,为整个长吉图区域基于互联网的开发开放产业发展提供有利参考。
The current economic downward pressure is still large, how to find a new economic growth point, to promote win-win cooperation between regions has become the consensus of the Changjitu area. With the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce, it has become an important way for enterprises to develop the intemational market. Yanbian is located in the Sino Russian border North Korea known as the ＂northeast of Golden Triangle＂, ＂Changjitu window＂, the advantage is obvious, through a lot of field research and demonstration of innovative put forward bold ideas construct Changjitu cross-border e-commerce center in Yanbian, a clear center frame and construction method, analysis of possible problems faced in the process of construction this paper puts forward specific proposals. For the state of Yanbian, Jilin province and the Changjitu Regional Interuet development based on open industry development to provide a favorable reference.
