摘要
目的分析小儿脑性瘫痪的早期康复护理方法。方法选取我院2014年4月~2015年4月收治的小儿脑性瘫痪患儿30例为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理,比较分析两组护理效果与护理满意度。结果观察组总有效率为93.33%,对照组为80.00%,差异有统计学意义;观察组护理满意度100%,对照组为80.00%,差异有统计学意义。结论对小儿脑性瘫痪患儿在早期康复护理中配以综合护理,能有效提高护理满意度,提高患儿的自理能力,使患儿早日回归家庭与社会。
Objective To analyze the nursing methods of early rehabilitation for children with cerebral palsy. Methods In our hospital from April 2014 to April 2015 of infantile cerebral paralysis in children with 30 cases as the object of study,and were randomly assigned to two groups. The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group given comprehensive nursing,making a comparative analysis of two groups of nursing effect and nursing satisfaction. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 93.33%,the control group was 80.00%,the difference was statistically significant. The observation group nursing satisfaction was 100%,the control group was 80.00%,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing care of children with cerebral palsy in early rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction,improve the self-care ability of patients,so that children can return to the family and society at an early date.
