摘要
以油麦菜为材料,通过对油麦菜在不同贮藏条件下,其叶绿素含量、失水率和腐烂率等指标的分析对比,来考察贮藏条件对油麦菜保鲜效果的影响。试验结果表明,低温条件(2℃)结合保鲜袋A(400mm×250mm×0.08mm)+1-MCP贮藏可有效延长油麦菜的货架期,减缓其失水与腐烂,提高其保鲜效果。
Using leaf-used lettuce as material,the changes of the chlorophyll content,MDA content,water-loss rate and rotting rate during storage under different conditions were studied,and the effects of storage were observed. The results showed that lower temperatures coupled suitable package can effectively prolong the storage life and improve the effect of fresh-keeping of leaf-used lettuce.
