摘要
综述了目前国内外激光熔覆制备金属/陶瓷纳米复合涂层所采用的主要熔覆材料体系及存在的主要问题,指出激光熔覆材料是决定熔覆层工艺性能和应用性能优劣的重要因素;给出了激光熔覆制备金属/陶瓷纳米复合涂层用材料的设计应遵循的一般原则。
The popular materials used in laser-clad nanostructured ceramics/metal composite coatings are reviewed in brief.The importance of laser cladding materials for the nano-composite coating preparation is pointed out.The normal criterion designing nano-ceramic/metal composite coating by laser cladding is also presented.
