摘要
为减少粉尘产生量,降低作业环境的粉尘浓度,以吕沟煤矿为例,对可能导致井下作业场所粉尘浓度较高的原因进行了分析,最终确定运输环节较多和雨幕雾化效果不好是导致该矿井下粉尘浓度高的关键因素,并有针对性地采取了改进运输环节防尘方法、改善净化雨幕作用、增强雨幕喷射压力等防治措施。采取防治措施前后的数据对比表明,这些措施能有效提高煤矿井下作业粉尘的防治效果,呼吸性粉尘由原来的平均6.95 mg/m3降至3.13mg/m3,总粉尘由原来的平均13.66 mg/m3降至平均6.83 mg/m3,效果显著。
In order to reduce the dust production and reduce the dust concentration of the working environment, Lvgou Mine was taken as example, the possible reason of leading underground high dust concentration was analyzed, the corresponding improvement of dust prevention in transportation and cleaning rain curtain, strengthening the rain injection pressure were adopted. The data comparison after controlling measure showed that these measures could improve mine dust control effect,average respirable dust reduced from 6.95 mg/m3 to 3.13 mg/m3, average total dust from 13.66 mg/m3 to 6.83 mg/m3, with good effect.
