摘要
为提高振动筛的谷物筛分效率,采用自行研制的基于凸柱筛面的单轴三维输出运动并联振动筛进行谷物筛分。分别进行基于平面筛面和凸柱筛面的直线振动筛和并联振动筛的筛分实验,结果表明凸柱筛面的并联振动筛有利于提高谷物的筛分效率和透筛率;同时通过谷物筛分的透筛率正交设计方差分析,验证了并联机构和凸柱筛面对谷物透筛率影响的显著性。另外,不同凸柱率对谷物筛分效率影响的试验分析表明,凸柱率不易过大。
In order to improve the grain screening efficiency, designed and developed a three-dimensional parallel vibrating screen with convex-column screen surface. And according to the characteristics of grain, the convex-column screen surface was designed to prevent grain accumulation and congestion. The grain screening experiments based on linear vibrating screen and parallel vibrating screen respectively with plane screen surface and convex-column screen surface were made, which proves that the parallel vibrating screen with convex-column screen surface can obviously increase the grain screening efficiency. And the analysis of variance for orthogonal design about grain screening efficiency was made, which proves the two factors- parallel mechanism and the convex-column screen surface, are conducive to improve the grain screening efficiency. In addition, the grain screening efficiency of vibrating screens with different convex-column ratio were analyzed through grain screening comparative test. And the experimental result indicates that the convex-column on screen surface really served the function of grain loosing and anti-blocking, but too much convex-column ratio is inappropriate.
