摘要
目的：观察溃疡止血方联合兰索拉唑治疗消化道溃疡上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法：选择我院2012年8月~2014年8月收治93例消化道溃疡上消化道出血患者作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为治疗组（n=47）与对照组（n=46）,对照组,应用兰索拉唑肠溶胶囊进行治疗,治疗组应用兰索拉唑联合溃疡止血方治疗,比较两组治疗总有效率、腹痛缓解与止血时间及不良反应发生率。结果：治疗组治疗总有效率为95.7%,高于对照组82.6%,比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组腹痛缓解时间与止血时间均短于对照组,比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为8.4%、6.6%,比较无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：溃疡止血方联合兰索拉唑治疗消化道溃疡上消化道出血可有效缩短患者腹痛、出血等临床症状消失时间,疗效显著,且具有较高安全性,临床借鉴与推广价值大。
Objective ： To observe the efficiency of ulcer hemostatic prescription combined with lansoprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods： 93cases of patients had peptic ulcer with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage admitted into the hospital from August 2012to August 2014were selected as the research objects and were divided into treatment group （n=47） and controlled group （n=46） by the random number table method. The controlled group were treated with lansoprazole enteric coated capsules while the treatment group were treated with lansoprazole combined with ulcer hemostatic prescription. The total treatment efficiency, abdominal pain relief, hemostatic time and the incidence rate of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.7% which was higher than 82. 6% of the controlled group and the comparison was statistically significant （P〈0. 05 ）. The time of abdominal pain relief and hemosta- sis in the treatment group was shorter than that in the controlled group and the comparison was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. The incidence rates of adverse reactions in the treatment group and the controlled group were 8.4% and 6. 6% respectively and the comparison was not statistically significant （P〉0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Ulcer hemostatie prescription combined with lansoprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage can effectively shorten the disappearing time of abdominal pain, bleeding and other clinical symptoms and the curative effect is distinct, with higher safety, which is of great clinical refer- ence and promotion value.
