草莓炭疽病病原鉴定及其对12种杀菌剂的毒力测定 被引量:18

摘要 为探明草莓炭疽病病原及不同杀菌剂对草莓炭疽病菌的室内抑菌活性,对分离自江苏省句容市的一株草莓炭疽病病原进行形态特征观察、致病性测定和分子鉴定,并采用菌丝生长速率法测定了12种杀菌剂对该病原菌的室内毒力。结果表明,该病原为围小丛壳菌(Glomerella cingulata);咪鲜胺、氟硅唑、丙环唑、氟环唑、苯醚甲环唑、戊唑醇、烯唑醇、吡唑醚菌酯、己唑醇、腈菌唑、多菌灵和啶酰菌胺对草莓炭疽病菌的EC50值分别为0.0544、0.4220、0.6831、0.7112、0.8083、1.2652、1.3560、1.9176、2.2559、7.5834、14.3522和16.8140μg·m L-1。草莓炭疽病菌对不同杀菌剂的敏感性差异较大,其中,供试草莓炭疽病菌对咪鲜胺最敏感。 To investigate the pathogen of strawberry anthracnose and the antibacterial activity of different fungicides on strawberry anthracnose,the morphologic traits,pathogenicity and molecular identification for the pathogen of strawberry anthracnose collected in Jurong city,Jiangsu province were studied,and then the indoor toxicity of 12 different fungicides on strawberry anthracnose by using mycelium growth rate method were determined. The results showed that the pathogen was Gl-omerella cingulata. According to the indoor tests,the EC50 values of Prochloraz,Flusilazole,Pro-piconazole,Epoxiconazole,Difenoconazole,Tebuconazole,Diniconazole,Pyraclostrobin,Hexaconazole,Myclobutanil,Carbendazim and Boscalid were 0. 0544,0. 4220,0. 6831,0. 7112,0. 8083,1. 2652,1. 3560,1. 9176,2. 2559,7. 5834,14. 3522 and16. 8140 μg·m L- 1,respectively. There was great difference between the sensitivity of strawberry anthracnose to 12 different fungicides,among them strawberry anthracnose was the most sensitive to Prochloraz.
