摘要
为了研究塞北兔的遗传多样性,试验采用微卫星DNA标记技术,对3个品系共计167只塞北兔在8个微卫星座位的遗传变异参数进行了分析。结果表明:8个微卫星座位基因型分布均处于Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态;在SOL33、L7C11、7L1B10、SAT12、SOL44和SOL03等6个微卫星座位上3个品系塞北兔的等位基因数、多态信息含量、期望杂合度等参数值均较大。说明样本具有代表性,SOL33、L7C11、7L1B10、SAT12、SOL44和SOL03这6个微卫星座位能够准确反映塞北兔群体遗传多样性,是有效的遗传标记。
To study the genetic diversity of Saibei rabbits, a technique for microsatellite DNA markers was used to analyze the genetic variation parameters at 8 micmsatellite loci from 167 SaiBei rabbits in three lines. The results showed that the distribution of different genotypes of 8 mic- rosateUite loci was in a Hardy- Weinberg equilibrium; the parameter values such as number of the alleles, polymorphism information content and expected heterozygosity at of three lines of Saibei rabbits at six micresatellite loci, including SOL33, L7C11, 7 L1B10, SAT12, SOL44 and SOL03, were larger than the other loci. The results indicate that the samples of SaiBei rabbits were representative, and the six microsatellite loci, including S01.33, LTCll, 7 L1B10, SAT12, SOIAd- and SOL03, can accurately reflect the genetic diversity of Saibei rabbits. Thus, they are effective genetic markers.
