摘要
目的:了解并分析门诊患者对中药汤剂煎煮知识的掌握现状,为制定合理的健康教育方案提供依据。方法:设计调查问卷,随机抽取来江苏省中医院就诊的240例门诊患者,现场进行问卷调查,收回有效问卷236份。结果:236例门诊患者的中药汤剂煎煮知识主要来源于医务工作者和中药袋上的说明书。236名门诊患者对中药汤剂煎煮的煎药用水、煎药火候、煎干处理掌握现状较好,答对数分别为211例(89.4%)、196例(83.0%)、146例(61.9%),而对浸泡时间和煎药次数与服药方法掌握现状较差,答对数分别为124例(52.5%)、113例(47.9%)。236例门诊患者中,119例(50.4%)基本掌握中药汤剂煎煮知识。不同性别、不同服用频率的门诊患者中药汤剂煎煮知识基本掌握率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同年龄、不同学历的患者中药汤剂煎煮知识基本掌握率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:门诊患者的中药煎煮知识有待提高,要加强中药煎煮方法的指导,可专设中药咨询服务窗口,完善并推广代煎服务,从而提高中药汤剂的临床疗效。
Objective: To investigate and analyse the outpatients of decocting chinese medicine knowledge mastering situation, to provide the basis for a reasonable health education program. Methods : 240 patients were randomly selected from the outpatient de- partment of Jiangsu Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, survey in the scene. Results : The knowledge of Decoction of Chinese Medicine of the 236 outpatients on the main source of knowledge instruction of medical workers and the traditional Chinese medicine bag. 236 outpatients of deeocting medicinal herbs decocting with water, decocting duration and degree of cooking, fried dry processing better grasp of the status quo, answer pairs were 211 (89.4%), 196 (83.0%), and 146 (61.9%), and the time of soa- king and decocting times and Administration Master Status poor, answer pairs were 124 (52. 5%) and 113 (47. 9%). In 236 pa- tients, 119 (50.4% ) master the basic knowledge of TCM decoction. Different gender, different taking frequency of outpatient medi- cine decocting knowledge to master the basic rate, the difference is statistically significant (P 〈 0.05), different ages, different edu- cational background with TCM Decoction knowledge grasp the basic rate comparison, the difference was not statistically significant (P〉0.05). Conclusion:Outpatient Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge, needs to be improved to strengthen the guidance of the traditional Chinese medicine decocting method, and dedicated to traditional Chinese medicine consulting service win- dow, improve and promote generation of fried service, so as to improve the clinical curative effect of decoction of Chinese medicine.
