摘要 针对小尺寸TFT-LCD的驱动电路复杂、功耗大、成本高等问题,提出一种基于单片式视频IC、双重稳压以及π型滤波的新型驱动方案。主芯片采用嵌入式视频驱动芯片MST703,设计了其硬件电路及驱动程序,进而设计融合DC/DC变换器和线性稳压芯片的两级调压电路,有效降低了电压转换损耗、提高了稳压精度,并通过多重滤波电路实现了对电磁干扰的抑制。最后通过CMOS广角摄像头视频信号进行试验验证,能够实现分辨率为800×480的TFT-LCD的低时延、高稳定显示。 In view of the present small size TFT-LCD's driver circuit is complex and costs high and have a big pow-er consumption,a kind of simple driving scheme has been designed. This scheme is based on monolithic video ICand its voltage is supplied by dual voltage stabilizing circuit,and the π filter is used. MST703,a dedicated videodriver chip is used as the main chip. Firstly,its drive circuit and drivers are designed. Then two levels of voltage reg-ulation circuit based on DC /DC converters and linear regulator chip are designed. And it can effectively reduce thevoltage conversion losses and achieve the suppression of electromagnetic interference(EMI). The EMI is sup-pressed through multiple filtering circuits.Finally,the test by used CMOS wide-angle camera video signal is made,and it can achieve a low latency and high stability display of a TFT-LCD with a resolution of 800×480.
