不同(品)种柿叶总酚与总黄酮含量年动态变化研究 被引量:21

Annual variation of total polyphenol and flavonoid contents in leaves of different species(varieties)of Diospyros

摘要 为了解不同(品)种柿叶总酚与总黄酮含量差异及其年动态变化规律,采用紫外分光光度法对15份柿叶资源进行了研究。结果表明:15份柿叶资源总酚含量在13.84~107.42mg/g波动,变异系数较大;总黄酮含量在12.06~58.20mg/g波动,变异系数较小。柿近缘种、野生柿、涩柿、甜柿总酚年均含量及变异系数分别为36.83、43.82、46.05、38.86mg/g和32.46%、30.58%、35.31%、30.78%;总黄酮年均含量及其变异系数分别为33.92、29.43、27.13、26.19mg/g和21.01%、19.75%、18.59%、17.33%。不同(品)种柿叶总酚和总黄酮含量年动态变化差异较大,含量高峰时期分别集中在7—8月和8月中下旬。初步筛选出吊柿、栾川牛心、野柿2和玉环长柿等总酚舍量高以及油柿和野柿1等总黄酮含量高的优质种质。柿叶中含有丰富的酚类与黄酮类物质,不同(品)种间含量差异较大,年动态变化也因(品)种不同而不同,因此做好柿资源的评价工作,对柿产业的发展具有重要意义。 In order to investigate the annual variation of total polyphenol and flavonoid contents in the leaves of different species (varieties) of Diospyros, 15 samples were measured by spectrophotometric method. The total polyphenol contents fluctuated within the range of 13.84 to 107.42 mg/g with higher variation coefficient,while the total flavonoid contents fluctuated within the range of 12.06 to 58.20 mg/g with lower variation coefficient during the entire period monitored ; The annual average of total polyphenol contents in the relative varieties,wild varieties,astringent varieties and non-astringent varieties were 36.83,43.82,46.05 and 38.86 mg/g and their variation coefficients were 32.46%, 30.58% ,35.31% and 30.78%, respectively. The annual average of total flavonoid contents in the relative varieties, wild varieties, astringent varieties and non-astringent varieties were 33.92, 29.43, 27.13 and 26.19 mg/g, respectively,with variation coefficients of 21.01%, 19.75%, 18.59% and 17.33%. The annual variation were shown to be variable in samples, however, the optimum harvesting time were defined, as total polyphenol content was higher from July to August while total flavonoid was higher from middle to late August. The germplasms of Diaoshi, Luanchuan Niuxin,Yeshi 2 and Yuhuan Changshi were rich in total polyphenol while D. oleifera and Yeshi 1 were rich in total flavonoid. It was clear that there were abundant polyphenol and flavonoid contents in persimmon leaves with high variability, and the annual variation were variable in samples, indicating that resources evaluation based on leaves would be of great significance to the development of persimmon industry.
