摘要
随着社会主义建设事业的发展,档案管理工作迫切需要引入现代化的手段以改变手工管理的落后状况,从而实现档案的自动编目、自动检索、自动统计、自动借阅管理等现代化工作形式。计算机技术和网络技术在档案管理工作中的具体应用,不仅会改变档案管理对象内容和档案管理工作的各个环节,还会带来电子文件的可靠性问题、权益问题等,对此我们应有清醒的认识的。
