摘要
文章运用公共财政理论并结合我省实际,提出了艺术表演团体产业化发展过程中相应的财政政策取向,并对艺术表演团体产业化的外部环境及配套措施提出了改革建议,划定了财政供给的范围,提出了财政投入的终极目的和原则,认为对不同的艺术表演团体要分类定位,实施不同的财政政策,要调整投入结构,改革补助方式,并对财政财务管理体系加以完善。
The article pus forward the corresponding financial policy orientation in the course of the industrialization of the artistic performance group using the public financial theory and combining the reality of our province,and offered the reforming suggestion to external environment condition and supplementary measure during the industrialization course of the artistic performance group:delimit range that finance supply with definitely, propose ultimate purpose and principle that finance invest.The author thinks that should implement different financial policies to different artistic performance group, adjust the investing structure, reform the subsidize way and perfect the financial management system of the finance.
