摘要
[目的]为提高我牛肉产品食品安全水平,促进肉牛养殖业的快速发展。[方法]以Visual Studio 2008为系统开发平台,基于B/S架构,利用.NET技术,以C#为开发语言,以SQL Server 2000为数据库开展研发工作。[结果]开发了从肉牛品种选育、繁育、饲养管理、运输、屠宰和牛肉加工、销售等一整套食品安全一站式监管系统和数据库系统,以及基于物联网的牛肉一站式供销服务系统,实现了牛肉产品在线销售和肉牛从出生(进场)到屠宰、牛肉产品流通运输及销售各环节全程信息可追溯。[结论]本系统加强了对牛肉产品生产过程中各环节的有效监管,利用物联网技术实现了牛肉产品一站式在线供销服务,方便了消费者,显著地提高了牛肉产品的质量安全水平。
[Objective] The aim of this paper was to improve the beef safety level, to promote the beef cattle industry. [Method] We constructed the "one-stop" service system for beef supplying and marketing based on the combination of Visual studio 2008, NET technology, Browser/service framework, SQL Serv- er 2000, C g and Crystal Reports technology. [Result] The monitoring software and database, which were established to guarantee the beef security, were throughout the management of beef cattle breeding, transportation and slaughter to the product processing and marketing. We developed the "one-step" service system for beef supplying and marketing, it make the online selling and birth-to-slaughter information traceability of beef products become possible. [Conclusion] The system enhanced the effective regulation of beef product process, striking improved the beef product security.
