摘要
罗尔斯的契约论既批判了传统契约论的形而上学的内容和方法,又对之进行改造与综合重建,使之在方法论和实质性结论上都达到了一种更高和抽象的水平,是契约论发展的高峰。
While Rawls criticized both the content and methods of traditional contract theory,he transformed and reconstructed it comprehensively,thus having made it reach a higher and more abstract level in both its methodology and its substantial conclusion—a peak of development for the contract theory.
