摘要
目的探讨APACHEⅡ评分护理在急诊重症患者中的应用效果。方法选取2014年5月~2015年6月我院急诊科收治的158例重症患者作为研究对象,按照入院时间先后顺序将其分为对照组和观察组,每组79例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予APACHEⅡ评分护理,对比两组的护理效果。结果观察组的死亡率低于对照组,重症监护时间短于对照组,重症监护费用少于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在急诊重症患者中应用APACHEⅡ评分护理的效果显著,可提高其存活率和护理满意度,缩短其重症监护时间,减轻其经济负担和心理压力,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of APACH Ⅱ score nursing in emergency critical patients.Methods 158 critical patients admitted into emergency of our hospital from May 2014 to June 2015 were selected as research group.They were divided into control group and observation group according to admission time order,with 79 cases in each group.In control group,conventional nursing was provided,while in observation group,APACHE Ⅱ score nursing was adopted.The nursing effect in two groups was compared.Results The death rate in observation group was lower than that of control group,emergent intensive care time was shorter than that of control group,intensive care costs was less than that of control group,nursing satisfaction was higher than that of control group,incidence of complications was lower than that of control group.The differences between two groups were significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion APACHE Ⅱ score nursing is effect remarkable in emergency critical patients.It can increase patient′s survival rate and nursing satisfaction,shorten intensive care time,reduce financial burden and psychological stress,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
