摘要 目前,人工肝、血液净化设备的漏血检测传感器大多采用模拟设计,电路复杂,可靠性差,灵敏度低,针对该问题提出了一种非接触式数字化漏血检测电路设计方案。采用普通的单一绿色发光二极管作为光源,透过含有液体的管路照射在TCS230颜色传感器上,TCS230接收光强信息并转换成频率信号后传递给STM32单片机,单片机根据频率值的变化判断液路是否发生漏血,并通过RS—485串口与上位机进行通信。实验证明:该传感器电路简单,灵敏度为100×10^(-6),响应速度快,可靠性高,抗干扰能力强,达到临床检测标准要求。 Aiming at problem of complex circuit, low sensitivity and stability of blood-leak detection sensor in artificial liver and blood purification equipment because of using analog circuit design, propose a non-contact digital blood-leak detection circuit design scheme. The sensor uses a single green LED as light source, and light irradiate on TCS230 color sensor through pipe containing liquid, TCS230 receives light intensity information and converts to frequency signal and transmit to MCU STM32, which will judge whether the fluid path occurs blood- leak according to the changes of the frequency values, and communicate with upper PC by RS-485 serial port. Experimental result show that circuit of the sensor is simple,the sensitivity is 100 × 10^-6, it has fast response speed, high reliability and strong anti-interference ability, and meet the requirements of clinical testing standards.
