摘要
目的：探究优质护理干预对腹腔镜手术患者并发症的影响。方法：选取我院2014年7月至2015年7月期间收治的80例腹腔镜手术患者，随机分为研究组和对照组各40例，对照组患者采用常规护理干预，研究组患者采用优质护理干预。术后比较患者疗效、体温以及并发症发生情况。结果：对比两组患者术后低体温发生率，研究组40例患者中，术后仅出现2例低体温和4例并发症，而采用常规护理的对照组中，有12例低体温和14例并发症，研究组低体温发生率为5．00％，明显低于对照组的30．00％，采用优质护理后低体温发生率有显著降低（P〈0．05）；对比两组患者术后并发症发生率，研究组的为10．00％。明显低于对照组的70．00％，采用优质护理干预后并发症发生率有显著降低（P〈0．05）。结论：采用优质护理干预可降低患者术后的低体温发生率，减少患者并发症的发生，帮助患者康复。
Objective：To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the complications of laparoscopic surgery patients.Methods80 cases of laparoscopic surgery patients treated in our hospital t^om July 2014 to July were randomly divided into study group and control group,40 cases in control group were treated with routine nursing intervention,the study group was treated with high quality nursing intervention.The effect,body temperature and complications were compared.Results：In the two groups of patients with low temperature,the study group of 40 patients,2 cases of low temperature and 4 cases,and the use of conventional nursing control group,12 cases of low temperature and 14 cases, the study group was 5% significantly lower than the control group 30%,the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than the control group 70%,the incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than P 0.05.Conclusion：The use of high quality nursing intervention can reduce the incidence ofhypothermia, reduce the incidence of complications, and help patients recover.
