消防员着隔绝式防护服时身体冷却方法 被引量:3

The cooling strategies of firefighters wearing impermeable protective clothing

摘要 研究自然冷却法、水喷雾冷却法、手臂浸泡冷却法和储冷块冷却法的冷却效果,比较消防员在常温下穿着隔绝式防护服间歇作业后采用不同冷却方法时人体核心温度、加权平均皮肤温度、平均体温以及全身温度感觉评分等级的变化。结果表明,几种方法均能降低人体皮肤温度及核心温度,减轻消防员的热应激,提高主观舒适度。其中手臂浸泡冷却法冷却效果最好,储冷块冷却法和水喷雾冷却法冷却效果次之。 The cooling effect of several cooling strategies such as natural cooling,mister,hand and forearm immersion and cooling vest with coolant were compared at ordinary ambient temperature during intermittent rest periods by core temperature,mean skin temperature,mean body temperature and thermal sensation scale.The results demonstrated all four methods could decrease mean skin temperature and core temperature,decrease thermal stress and increase the degree of comfort.Hand and forearm immersion in water appears to be the most effective method.Mister and cooling vest with coolant were more effective than natural cooling.
